Yes, the only other thing is the NIC card. You can add a hot standby NIC on each filer, or you can configure the cluster to share each existing NIC card in failover situations.
But you don't need any other software. Ontap needs only to be licensed for clustering.

You need some extra hardware to do that clustering and a license for the clustering from netapp. The hardware you will need (and may already have you need to check) is second LRC's in every self and the cabling for it and a servernet card in each head and the cabling for that. I think that's about it but maybe somebody else can verify.
