We've only had one in here for 6 months and I've already learned that. I don't know if there's anything to it, but it sounds like a prevalent enough story that NetApp should change their shipping/handling/packing procedures. Sounds like they've identified it as a problem to many of us, so how long before it's fixed?

If you really want this question answered, you should probably contact Netapp directly, not email this list. While there are employees of Netapp that answer questions here from time to time, it's certainly not the usual channel of communication for addressing issues such as the one you bring up.
