Has anyone come across, or developed, a utility to allow non-privileged users to manage user quotas on 7G?
The situation is a need to allow certain leads the ability to manage user quotas for specific file systems only. Not so much the default user quota but unique quotas.
Thanks.

The main two software products that I run into for better quota management are NTP Software QFS and Northern Parklife Storage Suite. If you haven't looked into either of those I would recommend it. I can't speak for the non-privileged user aspect of it but I'm sure you could find out from either of those two companies.

If you go NTP, I hit a real bad burt (panic'ed both filers; that was a fun one) Root Cause : BURT 390540 identifies the problem of a CIFS thread hang due to an RPC presentation context negotiation not completing and ultimately leading to a filer panic.
It was fixed in D-Patch 7.3.5.1P5D1 (and later)
