I'd prefer either to have the tools myself, or only hear back if something was amiss. The danger with getting regular "everything is ok" type emails is that you could fail to notice an email informing you of a potential problem. ---

But if you are properly registered on NOW with all of your filer serial numbers, you WILL be notified if something is amiss that requires NetApp action.
When the case is opened against ASUP Email, you get an Email about a new case thats opened with you as the owner of the hardware in question.
