Am in search of a competent associate oversea who will carefully act as my front before I summit my financial report for the 4th quarter of the financial fiscal year 2004 to the board of directors of my bank.

HSBC guidelines stipulates that if such money remained unclaimed for over a period of 3 years with the account unserviceable (DORMANT) the money will be confiscated and this will happen in the next few weeks into the 4th quarter of the financial fiscal year 2004 if nobody comes for the deposited consignment.

As you can tell that we are in the last quater of the financial fiscal year 2004.

I now seek your consent to act as my front based on your country of origin, so that this consignment valued at US$28 million dollars can be paid to you as the beneficiary as I have secured from the probate by the virtue of my desk as the regional manager to approve of such affidavit of claim.

And it’s base on my position that I am taking due advantage of to have the funds cleared by a foreign associate to act as the beneficiary of the $28million and then we can split the sum in ratio 70% for me to 30% for you.

I guarantee that this will be executed under legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law as the regional MD of HSBC.

The underline course of my action is due to my retirement plan next year, and the firm holds no brighter future for me, and am a father of 5,hope you won’t conceive the wrong thought of I not been loyal to my firm.

For equity is not for the indolent ,but for the vigilant.

Upon your response I will give you further information inclusive of our bank WebPage and with the needed documents that will present you as the beneficiary of the funds and I working from the inside will approve you as the beneficiary to the funds.
