supported tape drives - toasters

      on the netapp list of supported tape drives it says for an f760 and ait2:
FWD-HVD (Requires Data ONTAP 5.3.4R2 or above and a PVR. PVR not required
                        with Data ONTAP 6.0 and above.)
what is a PVR??
