We're looking at replacing some (most) of the SCSI drives and shelves on our F540 with a FC-AL shelf. Looking through NOW I find hints that the F500 series supports FCAL, but going to the Configuration comparison I see that the F540 doesn't support FC-AL but that the F520 does. This I find to be very strange. Is there a reason for this?
Does the F540 support FCAL?

personnaly, I was able to make an F540 working fine with FCAL disk observing no peculiar error neither strange behavior excpet : sometimes, the Filer was unable to boot properly on disks, despite it was detecting disks correctly, I was obliged to boot from floppy then choose the option "nomral boot" keep floppy disks near of you :)
