When a disk fails it makes a note in etc/.broken_disks

To reuse it, you need to unfail the drive from the advanced mode

priv set advanced disk unfail <disk_name> priv set admin

I wouldn't do this unless you're sure the disk is good (like what happened to us this past week with a faulty FCAL controller).

Any ways to check it out and be able to reuse it?
