Has anyone seen an issue where the filer did not update the SNMP settings when set via FilerView? Like changing/modifying the community strings or trap destinations?
We're seeing this on two different 7.3.3 boxes, one of which is in production.

I've not seen that issue myself. You might want to try flipping the init setting.
init [ 1 ] (0 => uninitialized, 1 => initialized)
