I stand corrected, it was introduced in 5.3. I was not aware of it until 5.3.2.

Pktt was introduced in 5.3.2 as an rc_toggle_basic command, it was changed to a regular command in 5.3.4. Although it doesn't show up on the list when you type ? it is there.
