I was wondering if there is a way to tell which files/directories are taking up space in your snapshots?
Something like a "du" command that would show only the space used by the snapshot.

I don't really know why you would need to know what files and directories are taking up space in the snapshot. You can't delete anything in the snapshot you can only delete the whole thing. That said you can figure out which snap shots are taking up the most space by doing rsh <filername> snap list (from unix) or snap list from the console.
