Does anyone have any advice regarding checksums for array LUNs? My understanding is that AZCS saves you about 12% capacity but requires more filer CPU utilization for reads. What kind of impact does it have?
FWIW, I'm choosing AZCS for a 2.5PB FlexArray cold storage solution because in my case capacity trumps performance needs and my controller is a FAS8080.
I know that's not a data point you're looking for, so when I get an idle day or so I'll try an A/B test with BCS/AZCS.

My workload is a lot more warm, but still tons of untouched parts of the filesystems. That said, it's a fair bit of IO.
