So there shouldn't be any problems with HP ShureStore DLT Autoloader 818 with Single-ended SCSI-2 fast/wide high density because for Filer I only found fast wide diferential.
Is that compatible?

Single Ended SCSI is not compatible with differetial SCSI. They have different voltage ... You may destroy your devices connecting SE to differential.

There are converter boxes that will allow you to connect single ended devices to differential. The box has a single ended connector on one side and a differential connector on the other side.
