Hi,
I don't know if this fits the bill, but I've been trying (off & on) to get agreement to start a ndmp-users@ndmp.org mailing list. Non-ndmp issues should also be welcomed so that all backup/restores issues are discussed. An ndmp-tech@ndmp.org already exists for developers that wish to discuss the spec itself. Would this be the right discussion group to setup?
FYI, the NDMP.org website and e-mail lists are hosted at NetApp.
Cheers, Grant

Is there a mailing-list for this sort of discussion? I'm looking for one, either Budtool specific or UNIX/NT generic (@ enterprise level).
If not, do others feel a need for one?
We'd be very interested in one as well (and would be willing to host if it didn't exist already). Anyone else? Peace, dNb

Sounds like a great idea! I'll certainly put myslef on it and our backup engineers. We backup 23 NetApps through BudTool and would be willing to contribute to the list.
