Hi,
Yes we just installed such a farm some weeks ago:
We have 2 Windows Clusters, each with 2 Nodes, one productive and one for testing.
We are using SM MOSS 1.1, SM SQL 2.1.1 and SnapDrive 5.0. We had some troubles with SM MOSS Restores, there are still some open cases, but all in all its OK now. There are still some features missing in the SMMOSS, so that I would say everythings fine, but it's an early release and therefore it's a pretty good solution. The main reasons, why we choose that backup solution, are the full integration in SMSQL, the Item Restore capability and the out of place restore functionality. The last thing is a feature that our Sharepoint guys looked for. They wanted to created/develope something in the test environment and put it into the production environment, without lots of effort. And thats possible with the out of place restore.
Andreas
