The documentation states that Balance needs a Windows administrator-level account. Will _only_ an administrator-level account do? By comparison, on a 'nix machine it doesn't actually need complete sudo/root access. It only needs these commands from sudo: /sbin/lvm, /sbin/scsi_id, /sbin/dmsetup

Surely a more restrictive permissions set will fill the need on Windows as well?
