You need 6.4.1. I had to upgrade to 6.4.1 before adding the new DS14 on F880c recently.

I have a F810 running 6.1.2R3 with a DS-14 shelf. I plan to add another DS-14 shelf to it and was shipped the DS-14 MK2 instead of the "old" DS-14 shelf. Since the MK2's have the new ESM connectors, which i cant use to connect to my old DS-14, i was also shipped out the old style connectors and have swapped out the fiber connectors.

I gather that i need atleast 6.1.3 on my F810 to work with the MK-2 shelf.

I just wanted to poll the list for recommendations Data Ontap versions and other gotchas that i should be aware of.
