· Demonstrated minimum 3+ years of successful experience within the local or central government · In-depth knowledge of and experience with detailed planning, management, and delivery of complex multi-million pound projects sponsored by local or central government · Experience of project budgetary control and quantifiable experience of having delivery fixed price contracts to time and budget · Previous contribution experience to proposals and bid submissions · Competency in line management of large multi-disciplined staff as well as experience dealing with and managing senior clients on a regular basis · Technical experience with Prince 2 and DSDM · Excellent communications skills for written, verbal, and one-on-one persuasion · Education and special qualifications shall include degree standard; accreditation in Prince 2 and/or DSDM is desirable as well · Must reside and be permitted to work in the U.K. – The position is located in the London area
