Does anybody with a filer use the Microsoft product Quota Manager? If so please let me know we are trying to find out if this product works with a filer.

Just looking at the product's web page, it doesn't appear to work with NetApps. It runs as a Windows NT Service which means it is installed on the server that it manages. Filers don't run any application software - only their operating system.
