I have three hosts io45ux02/03/04. 03 and 04 are working fine, all are running the same os (aix) and reside on the same hardware.

Host (i045ux02) was working successfully prior to early last week. Had to upgrade the firmware as per netapp support All other hosts ARE working fine with no issues The HBA’s of the 02 host are not logging into the storage controllers FCP ports We forced a FCP restart on the controllers and all good hosts logged back in correctly any ideas ?
