Try Dallas Semiconductor; you want the DS2229-T I beleive. We got them for about $85/each and had them the next day; have had no problems whatsoever since installation, and its the same part that NetApp sells.

Kingston was able to supply some NVRAM I needed for a 540, I would assume they can take care of the 220. In fact, as I recall, the NetAPP NVRAM had a Kingston part number on it...
