7 mode; 8.2 something.. User wants to create a user that has rights to manager Quotas.. What rights do they need? Also, in the custom alerting, can we CC’ say they help desk, or email? I am not sure this is possible.. Hopefully the user can use system manager to manage the quotas, but might need console rights..

I believe the version of DFM is 4.2, so a bit on the old side..
