I have linux clients that have the following issue with time stamp

The clock on your your client (Linux) and server (netapp) are not in sync. Almost certainly your Netapp server is ahead of the Linux server.
hh:mm are display by ls normally only when the timestamp is between the range of "now" and "6 months ago".
