Hi I think the choices are use trad vols and keep snapshots use flex vols and loose snapshots As you can't mirror from a flex vol to a trad vol, what we wound up doing was ndmpcopying the data, mirroring the tradvol (and snapshots) nightly, and then we cut over to the new box, initializing a second mirror - then when our last snapshot from the trad vol was expired, we destroyed the traditional mirror volume. My goal is to upgrade both filers to 7.0.4 to take advantage of flexvols. I want to preserve my snapshots and have those moved as well. So ndmpcopy is out for me. volcopy preserves my snapshots, but I can't seem to get it to work between trad vols and flex vols. 3050 power draw wanted in kWh

I'm about to receive a 3050c ... how can I figure how many watts to budget for it so I can be sure it doesn't blow my UPS. From the website I can tell the head draws at 88 vac to 246vac/19A to 6.4A. How do I translate that into data-center kW [there's a power factor, and the draw is probably not always constant]. Any help would be appreciated. I don't have a computer of my own, a missionary from France allows me to use her computer since she can't help me in any other way. I am a Victim of war in (COTE D'IVOIRE) Africa, I have a small business before the war where I make my ends meat but unfortunately the REBELS came and destroyed all my properties and set fire on houses and offices of which mine is one of them, all my things are gone with fire,all what I have worked for in the past years are gone. You know very well that a victim of war have nothing left for her and that is why I am writing you this mail to help me in any way the Lord Lord lay in your heart, to feed and clothe myself and if possible to re-start my little business again and I know that the Lord shall bless you in return for doing this, If you can't help me financially I will be glad if you can help me with FOOD and clothes, and also shoes, any other things that the LORD lay in your heart for me will be of a great help to me as well.
