Hi I have just renumbered our FAS940 and I cant see a way to renumber the autosupport card. I know for the previous versions of Snapdrive, NetApp basically had an open case that their customers could call in on to Microsoft and get the links to the "secret patches". I don't know how new 4.1 is, so this may not have been done yet. They are definitely not the same patches though. The hotfixes are a free call to Microsoft. I'd have to agree. Most of my customers with 250/270s are looking for space, not performance.
