NDMPCOPY question

One of our files has a space in the qtree name and I'm struggling to execute an NDMPCOPY command on it. Hi, we're currently considering the purchase of a FlexClone license for some of our database environment (MySQL 5, DOT 7.3.2, ~2TB data, growing fast), but I've been wondering if it provides the functionality we need. routing issue with 2 vifs on same subnet?

We recently upgraded our SAN ethernet switches and moved from a config where we had one vif with all the nic ports on one switch to a config where we've split the nic ports out across the switches. So we now have two vifs split across the switches. Both vifs are on the same subnet and they have separate ip addresses as our switches don't support cross-switch etherchannelling. Toasters, I am looking at the specs for the Netapp 3140 cluster, and attempting to find the answers to two questions: 1) How many VMWare hosts can I have looking at the same set of LUNs? Before I have real-world performance issues? 2) How many multipathed hosts can I have, total, pointed at a four-fc-port cluster? The limit in #1, according to NOW, is 256 (256 initiators per igroup). If NIC's like the X1037's and X1047's are OEM'd from some company like Intel, can I just go out and buy the Intel version and it will work? I've got some older filers I need to move off of fibre onto copper and was hoping I could just purchase the manufacturer's version and save some money. Maybe I am missing something here: FAS6040 DOT 7.3.1.1 FC 500GB LUN 0 fractional reserve thin provisioned running dedupe (love it) I think there is a bug maybe in my version of DOT. Odd message on one VIF

I ran into an odd problem this week where CIFS would not let me delete a share and would not terminate. Anyone who is running GX or 8CM, what are you doing to handle the sdf v. df issue of nested mounts? For those who don't know sdf is 'spinnaker' df and is used to find out df info on a nested volume in the GX namespace. I assume it's similar in 8CM as well but have not yet seen it. In any case, my first thought was simply a wrapper to determine if the mount was on a gx system and then either call sdf if so or pass off to the OS df if not. What exactly does SnapDrive buy me?

It looks like we're getting funding for our DR project. The bare bones are using snapmirror to replicate an Oracle DB offsite alone with a few dozen front end/infrastructure VMs. Two of the items we've been quoted by our vendor are SnapDrive & SnapRestore. I can understand snaprestore but why would I need snapdrive at the DR site?
