Since you indicated that you have a 600GB vol0 on an F740, that may mean
that you've already maxed out on capacity (depending on what you meant by
600GB -- raw/useable?; any other volumes?). Therefore, you may have to do
the head swap first and then create the new vol0 once you're up and running
on the F840.
