We realize this extra file after restore may cause some confusion. Also, a system-generated file should not be mixed with user files. We are looking at ways to move this file to somewhere else in the future.

restore_symboltable is a file that appears in (the root of) the directory
tree being restored into. It holds information that allows subsequent stages
of an incremental restore to work correctly.
That's with just the basic "restore", but I imagine "NDMP restore" uses the
same mechanisms.

The size will be determined by the size of the inode table in the *dumped*
filing system.
Usually, one should remove restore_symboltable after (but not before) all
stages of an incremental restore have been completed.
