Everybody from my end users, to fellow admins, to business managers, to purchasing agents, etc. needs it explained in terms of the constituent parts: heads and memory/head, CPUs/head, cores/head, shelves/head. Nowhere except in NetApp doc and quotes do we refer to a pair as a single unit. :(
I wonder how this will play out when we finally deploy GX!
