Thanks for your comments and help.
It would appear from the responses that I received, that I am barking up the right (and apparently, only) trees.
Once I have made my recommendations the matter leaves my hands, until implementation. I'll let you know if anything untoward happens.
Sorry for the quality of the grammar and speeling in the first email; sometimes I think the "sign" and "send" buttons are to close togather!
