Space observer looks promising. It looks like it has pretty much all the features of Treesize.
One of my shares in particular has 35m files and I expect it will take a few days to scan...thus being database drivin is nice.

I'd concur on the Treesize tool, the only issue I have seen is it can cause performance degradation on Filers containing vols with lots of files when scanning.
Spaceobserver (also by JAM software) lets you run regular scans with details stored in SQL database for trending and report.
