Due to my inability to find proper Storageworks drive cannisters for my F330 at an affordable price; anybody ever tried to run Linux or NetBSD on a F330?
If they have, they either failed or added OpenFirmware/OPEN BOOT support for x86 platforms - F330's don't have a PC-style BIOS as firmware, they have OpenFirmware.
(Both Linux and NetBSD include OpenFirmware support, as they run on OpenFirmware Sun machines, and possibly on OpenFirmware Apple machines as well; however, I don't know whether anybody other than us have done x86-based OpenFirmware machines.)
Adding that support is left as an exercise for the person doing the port....
