We are currently having problems with ou virus scan servers de registering with the filers...

There is a bug note (Bug ID: 81237) on the NOW site which states 'This is believed to be a problem with a vendor's anti-virus software.'
Has anyone else had these issues ? If so, is there a work around or a fix ?
