My understanding is that the ops isn't just NFS ops - it's NFS + CIFS ops, and maybe even NFS + CIFS + HTTP + FTP (?) ops.
And the 10 splodges isn't related to ops at all; it's the CPU usage, 0 to 100%.
At least, that's what I thought. I'm not sure either.
