This package is in need of some updating. I don't believe it has a current maintainer.
Start by commenting out this in retrieve-cpu.pl:
#if ( $ln =~ /Release.*4.[321]/ ) { #$SF = ""; #}
It's lines 40, 41, and 42 for me, but I'm not sure if I modified anything else in there. If that solves your problem, then I'll give you a few more suggestions as I believe the base configuration also fails to use 64bit counters and some magic has to be done to meld together two 32bit counters to prevent the 32bit counter from overflowing. (this will happen if your filer is running for sometime and the counter gets full).

Are you using the old mrtg-filer package from netapp, or your own config?

Hi,
We have three filers - an F87, an F760 and a new
FAS940. Up until the
arrival of the FAS940 I have found MRTG for filers
easy to use and
set-up when adding new equipment. However, with
the 940 it seems that
the SNMP messages MRTG sends do not work. Has
anyone been able to
configure the tool for use with this ontap version
and filer model?
Best regards
