nope - you go to ibm's web site and download it.
was looking at using ibm support to cost the overly high priced netapp support - they would not do it - only supporting their own - same with netapp - they will not support the ibm branded filers.
What deals are folks getting support wise?

Last I heard on the software front it was all the same. The boxes we ordered came with pretty much all the software we order from Ntap.
So what happens about software upgrades? Do you get to download new versions of ONTAP from now.netapp.com, or do IBM provide a logical equivalent, or what?
