Folks,
I am one of those people who more often than not completes the NOW surveys, though I often wondered why I bothered. Earlier we had a rather lively thread discussing these surveys and ways to get more responses.
ConGrats to Netapp for listening! I just received a $5 gift certificate for Amazon.com from NOW in appreciation for my response to the latest survey.
It's good to see a company respond to their customers in such a manner.
