We are using a NetApp with our installation of Oracle. That's been working just fine. We also use Tivoli's TSM (ADSM) for our Oracle backups. What happends is that RMAN runs and writes to a special device that is a TSM module. So far, things seem to be working just fine.
I wish that NetApp and Tivoli would get together and give me a TSM (ADSM) for the NetApp. Come on guys. Hop on it!
