At least it's not like one e-mail I got a few years back
An e-mail that said:
"Help. I can't send e-mail. Can someone please assist?"
It was one of the rare circumstances that I decided, no, this person probably would be best left off to figure it out for himself.
hee hee. the answer to that one is:
"sure. send an email to the support desk for assistance."
