I upgraded a 6080 and 6040 cluster from 7.3.3P5 to 7.3.5.1P4 this past Sunday. Since then I have been getting periodic timeout alerts followed by a resolved message on the 6080 cluster. I don't have any errors on the 6040 cluster. I didn't have any problem with either of these clusters at the old level. I'm sure I can have our NMS manager adjust timeouts or retries, but this is basically masking the issue.
The filer doesn't seem to be particularly busy and the network interfaces are not showing any obvious issues.
Does anyone have any idea of what may have changed in the release and why it is only affecting the 6080 cluster?
