Sorry to be a pain, but I have done this at least once before, weeks ago, and the address for our company is still wrong. I just tried to change it again, now, and after clicking the "save" button, it returns me to the NOW home page, with no indication or confirmation of a change. I *think* it used to say "your changes have been submitted to..." (So, I hope it took this time.) Why not have the information updated *immediately* so if I click on my profile again, it's there? Why do the changes have to be submitted anywhere?
Also, each time I open a new case, I have to correct and fill in missing information for my filers. Where on NOW can we update this information?
Keep up the improvements! It's generally getting better and better each month.
