Well, I can say from experience that 3220s and 3250s will run at 95+ degrees, at least for a while. It's really upto how much heat the drives and system can handle, and I suspect it's by blowing a ton of air helps cool things down, even if it's hot.
I ran for weeks at a 85+ because one of the AC units was down and couldn't be fixed quickly. Not fun, but the system did fine.
This is really just an observation, can't say that I can point to a specific doc and temp to not go over.
It's also highly dependent on the individual system and it's environment. Some will handle the heat better through natural variation.
