Wonderful. Does this only affect filers running mixed mode qtrees? How does this affect NFS only shops? And while I use quotas, I don't put any limits on them, I just use them for reporting.
Thanks for the warning, esp since I just upgraded a pair of R200s to 7.2.5 and I'm planning on upgrading some FAS9xx boxes as well. Sigh...

I have hit the same bug on my test filer for a volume with lots of user quotas for ntfs security style home directories. A quota off/on for a volume containing only unix style home directories did not trigger a panic.
This seems to be a new bug in 7.2.5, because it did not occur in the 7.2.4P7 release I tested earlier.
