Figured I would send out what support came back with..
I had to upload my database to netapp support, and I had a specific scheduled report in DFM that was causing the issue.. I removed the report, and boom, works..

Bit frustrated here. When I go to follow the KB ID 1012673 to turn on the disabled counters for the PAMII card, right before I click finish under setup > host>, I get an error that the default ports are not open (8488) which they were. The reason I am getting the error is the DFM SERVER service crashes with this:
I have followed the instructions to the letter in the kb article. I have DFM 5.0 and the host I am trying to turn the counters on for ranges from DOT 8.0 to 8.1.. Same error.
