I think you're out of luck, but if you're trying to do this on the cheap, can you do the following:
- hook up the Library to another FC host running Unix (linux, solaris, whatever), and talk to it with the 'mtx' tools?
That might be the way to go here.

I don't think the NetApp has any clues on how to do this. In general, you have to have a master host which talks to the library.
In your case, you'll need to do some hairy scripting to handle the case where a tape fills up during the dump and it stops and asks you for the next tape. Do able, but prone to problems.

Is there any reason why you don't want to use third party software? There are other options out there, such as 'bacula' (http://www.bacula.org) which does a great job, though in this case it won't (not so much can't, but hasn't been implemented yet...) do what you want, which is to dump directly to tape from the NetApp.
