I do. We have had BudTool setup to backup the NetApps, UNIX machines and NT and have had very little problems. Whenever had we had issues, support was very helpful.

This does not tie in with my experience at all. The expertise at Intelliguard ( particularly in the UK, but also via the US) has been second to none. As regards the "headache", I've had a few with NetApps, but none with Budtool. I set it up and it just works fine. The only time I've needed to call on them was to add new schedules etc.
Anyone else feel like this ?
