My apologies, I should have provided more detail. This is not a set up as a share, however it was a home directory for a user.

Hi Paul, If this is a explicit CIFS share then you have to unshare this shared folder from the Server manager and then delete it. Let me know if this helps. Rahul

I can't delete a folder in one of my volumes. I'm trying to delete it from Windows Explorer and I get an error that, "Cannot remove folder blahblah. There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use." I have checked the CIFS sessions and check Server Manager, and neither one of these shows that it is in use. Any thoughts (short of stopping and re-starting CIFS) on how I can free this up to delete it?
