I am using widelinks on our GX system (10.2.PX) and it's functioning just fine on our end. Any specifcs about the problem you are seeing? Maybe I can help.

We're having real issues getting the functionality working despite it being a breeze on 7G, even once we realised the syntax in the user guide was incorrect (which is acknowledged in the release notes for 10.0.3).
Netapp are looking at this for us, but I thought I'd try this avenue too!
