I train new sales people at NetApp. My favorite book for an introduction to storage networking is "Using NAS and SAN" by W. Curtis Peterson (published by O'Reilly). This has been required reading for our sales force. A thicker read but also good is "Building Storage Networks" by Marc Farley. I haven't checked the most recent versions for updates but I assume they are updated.
