Procedure as following steps:
1.go to Special boot mode press Ctrl+c when booting message form F87 (watch your console messages)
2.You will see the special boot menu (Maybe differ. between DOT version)
1)Normal boot 2)Boot without /etc/rc 3)Change password 4)Initialize all disks 5)Maintenance mode boot
Chose 4) initialize start(zeroing) take about 30 - 40 min.(if you use same disks)
3.Zeroing finished ,Setup command start automatically. You set up several parameters.(Host name,IP-Addr. ... etc.)
4.set the NFS license by license command
5.On Unix Unix# mount filer:/ /mnt (Mount filer:/vol/vol0) Unix# tar xvf xx_systemfile_x.tar (System image file) ( You can see two files "install.netapp" and "tar_image.Z") Unix# ./install_netapp /mnt
Completed
6.On filer filer> download filer> reboot
